  • During the term of the agreement and then only in the financial administration for a period of at most seven years.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF EMPLOYEES
Personal data of employees are processed by De Vos Autodemontage for the benefit of the following purpose(s):

  • Implementation of the employment agreement.

The basis for these personal data is:

  • The employment agreement.

For the purpose(s) indicated above, De Vos Autodemontage can ask you for the following personal data:

  • First name;
  • Prefix(es);
  • Surname;
  • Telephone number;
  • Address details;
  • Email address;
  • Date of birth;
  • Salary details;
  • Copy of identity document;
  • BSN;
  • Bank details.

Your personal data are stored by De Vos Autodemontage for the benefit of the aforementioned processing for the following period:

  • During the term that you have an agreement and then only in the financial administration for a period of at most seven years.

AVAILABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES
We may make the data that you make available to us available to third parties, if this is required for the purposes described above.

For instance, we rely on a third party for:

  • The provision of the (financial) administration;
  • The shipment of the ordered parts.

We never make personal data available to other parties that we did not conclude a processing agreement with. It goes without saying that we agree on the necessary arrangements with these parties (processors) in order to guarantee the security of your personal data. Moreover, we shall not make the data made available by you available to other parties, unless this is required and permitted by law. An example is when the police request (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. As the occasion arises, we must lend cooperation and are therefore required to make these data available. In addition, we can share personal data with third parties if you give us written consent to do so.

WITHIN THE EU
We do not make personal data available to parties that are established outside the EU.

MINORS
We only and exclusively make personal data of minors (persons under the age of 16) available if written consent was given to this by the parent, carer or legal representative,

RETENTION PERIOD
De Vos Autodemontage does not retain personal data longer than required for the purpose for which they were made available or as required by the law.

SECURITY
We implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing; we implemented, for instance, the following measures:

  • Any and all persons who can take note of your data on behalf of De Vos Autodemontage are subject to confidentiality of the same;
